Sending an enquiry does not place an order or commit you to a fee. Your project scope, price and delivery arrangements are agreed separately in writing.

About this website

This website is operated by Cyber Phoenix Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11649523. Our registered office is Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

These terms cover use of cyberphoenixltd.com. Individual apps, subscriptions and software products may have their own terms, privacy policies and store conditions.

Enquiries and pricing

The website's “Projects from £5,000” statement describes the starting point for bespoke project enquiries. It is not a fixed price for every project, a binding quotation or an offer to deliver a particular scope at that price.

A budget range helps us understand what approach might be suitable. It is not an agreed fee, and selecting a higher budget does not automatically set the price. Any applicable taxes, third-party costs and payment arrangements are confirmed in a written proposal.

The quote and enquiry forms send your details to us so we can contact you. Submitting a form, receiving an acknowledgement or discussing an idea does not create a project contract.

Project agreements

Before work begins, the scope, deliverables, price, timetable and payment arrangements need to be agreed in writing. A project agreement also sets out any relevant intellectual-property arrangements, support, changes, confidentiality and cancellation terms.

These website terms do not replace a signed project agreement. Please do not rely on portfolio examples as a promise that another project will have the same features, price or outcome.

Using the website

You may browse the website, explore our portfolio and make a genuine enquiry. Please provide accurate contact details and information you are entitled to share.

Do not use the website to send spam, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation. Do not submit another person's confidential information without permission.

Cyber Phoenix and the relevant rights holders retain their rights in website text, artwork, branding and software. Viewing the website does not grant a licence to reuse those materials or source code. Any rights granted for a commissioned project are set out in its project agreement.

Product links may lead to app stores, independent product websites or third-party services. Their own terms, prices and policies apply. For the app policies and support pages hosted here, visit apps and support.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but information can change and access may be interrupted. Website content is general information, rather than advice tailored to your circumstances.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Your information

Our privacy policy explains what happens to enquiry details and technical information, the services used to handle them and how to contact us about your rights.

Law and contact

These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections available to consumers in their place of residence. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Questions about the website or a proposed project can be sent to contact@cyberphoenixltd.com. We may update these website terms; the date above identifies the current version.
